They come back cause they they are lonely, they miss you and benefits of having you. Then after some time they leave again and again and again... The cycle never ends cause they don't self reflect and they are not doing any work. The whole world is against them and their partners are "bad"

I'm really stuck, as Craig says every situation is different. Ive been seeing someone for 8 months, spoken every day, been away but we dont have relationship label because shes going through divorce. She has said she feels guilty and that i deserve more and broken down last week apologising. I asked her if it meant not seeing her and she refuted that and just wanted me to acknowledge her situation. I do! I havent asked for more and reassured her again afyer she got home and apologised via text. She has now gone quiet and its eating me up, as i enjoy any time with her and know she's struggling. This for me is different as she hasnt said she doesnt want to not see me, verbally anyway, ive given her space since shes not repied for a week but not heard back. If i sustain no contact im worried she actually needs my reassurance and that i could push her away. Thos is a dofferent situation because i havent been caregirically told i dont want to see you.anymore, rather she feels i deserve more. I just dont know what to do 😢

I bee off n on with an ex 5 times who struggles with ptsd ocd depression/manic and anxiety weve been up n down this.last time she lets her parents dictate and control her life and they oppose her dating me when shes 30 everytime she keaves she keaves over stuff that im chaing she gets caught up in over thinking and javing a negative mentality she was deking with stress from her parents and all n her therapist wanted to have a talk with her parents well to tell them they were complicating there daughters life she wants her own life she meanwhile injust kanding the job of my lifetime that pays well the pressure from herbhuilt from hiding us from our parents and thinking negative and having doubts about me beciming established anout the 4th time she had a melt down depression episode and all these events took place eith my new job and her therapist meeting i woulda been more established by now but i got in a wreck totaled my truck then got laid off almost lost my dad mentally I shut down with all this then she pops up after a year of dissappearing and realizing she missed me more and more then it keads up to us olanning a life together again and all this happening after her fourth panic attack all of a sudden hernoanic sets in more severe and she makes the excuse she wants someone whos already estsblished that she didnt want to hurt me and when intryed to talk to her about it she just blocks me n stsrted insulting me and acting angry shes done this mutiple times is this related to avoidsnce detachment and her distorted view on the situation?

He says the right things, I meet on line...how do I know he is real. Has sent pictures... can't remember childs age started out 14, 13, 9 says getting ready to turn 12... talk a lot...is he for real? Yes, starting to fall for hi.

Just got blocked after sending her clean slate message to her of me saying i have to move forward becz when i beged her i said that i will not move on and some stuffs that she made mistakes too just want to clear the misunderstandings that she had towards me said i dont trust her and manymore and something that hurt badly and she said not even in future now after 1 day she blocked mai as she said me to block her i didnt then she did .... no hope at all any thing abt this ? I know i have to move on except this anything ? And said it was all past and future matters she is firm at her decision she is to stubborn

That’s such an interesting point about people with dementia… my dad has it and is in a memory care unit with other people who are much more far gone. The primary thing any of them talk about is their husband/wife and children. I love that you brought this up, Victoria. ❤

I have met an amazing woman and we have been dating now for a year. This message is for anybody feeling hopeless just stay positive and find yourself and eventually that right person will be by your side. And yes I had a ex leave and wanted to come back recently when I saw her at the store, she begged and pleaded for me to come back to her and my now girlfriend told her to find another man because I’m taken. Awesome ending to a story this one is for all of us out there who suffered being dumped.

If you moved on, good for you, who cares if your ex comes back then. You can then decide if u want them back or not and most likely you will choose not. I think most of us have not moved on though and thats why we are here😢

I have ignored my ex for 4 months and he has messaged me several times asking me how I am doing. Last week he asked how I am doing and said “you mean so much to me” and tried to call 3 times (at 12am) and he called once the next afternoon but didn’t leave a message. I want to reply to him but I am afraid its just breadcrumbs and him just being curious what I am doing and looking for validation he still has access to me but he still won’t want to ask me to see him or talk. He dumped me 19 months ago and he was breadcrumbing me for 15 months thats why I went no contact and started ignoring him. I asked him not to contact me anymore unless he wants to work on our relationship, but he isn’t saying he wants to work on our relationship in his messages, he is saying he just wants to know how I am doing. Please help. What should I do?
